Each Hotfix and Tech Forge session is a high-impact, 60-minute working session designed to help you get clarity, solve problems, and reset your momentum.
We are fully committed to delivering as much value as possible within that hour. But it’s important to understand what these sessions are — and what they aren’t.
A full 60-minute live session focused on your most pressing marketing or tech challenges
Personalized guidance, troubleshooting, and strategic insight
Real-time implementation or problem-solving where feasible
Clear next steps, recommendations, or referrals if needed
While we aim to resolve as much as possible in the session, some issues — particularly those that are complex, systemic, or involve multiple third-party platforms — may require additional time, resources, or ongoing support beyond the session.
We’ll always be transparent about what we can accomplish within the hour, and if more is needed, we’ll outline your best options to continue the work effectively — either with us or on your own.
All bookings are non-refundable. This is due to the dedicated time, preparation, and limited availability of these sessions.
If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. We’ll do our best to accommodate a new time that works for you.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
